Can You Claim Back Credit Card Charges?

You will have to pay this from your refund. You will need to complete the claim pack they send you and return it to your claims company. They will then pursue your claim on your behalf.
When Will I Receive My Money?
It is dependant upon your individual case and how your creditors deal with your claim. In some cases you will receive a cheque within a few weeks; unfortumately some claims take longer, up to several months.
I no longer have the Credit Card Can I Still Claim?
Yes!….even if you no longer have or use the credit card you can still make a claim.
BEWARE! If you have arrears on the card any money refunded MAY be deducted from the amount you are refunded. You will still be required to find the 25% you owe the claims company you employed plus vat of course. Research the internet and you will find many good claims companies which will make a claim on your behalf. The fees vary so shop around before you choose.
